At the end of CS MVP Beer night
Rich and Nick waiting for the tube, pulling up a laptop to put the final rows on a new exiting CSModule. More pictures coming later on. Me, I am on the tube to Hammersmith, blogging on my PDA. Read More... Read More...

UK Community Server MVP Beer
So this week I will be in London attending a course in developing on SharePoint 2007. In fact I am in London right now, came here last night. I probably (but you'll never know) won't have the time to write any CS article this week due to this. But it won't be a CS-less week for me. I am meeting up with... Read More...

SoapBox CSModule - the source code online
I happened to browse to CodePlex today. Haven't been there for ages. They have updated their interface in many areas. One cool thing that caught my interest was that I now can browse the source code of a project without having to download and load it in Visual Studio. Great! For example, here's a look... I'll be back!
It's been about 2 months now since I wrote any posts here. There are a number of reasons why I stopped writing.....for a while. I guess the main reason was, that I just had too much to do at work, combined with things I had to do outside of work. When Christmas vacation came I was just out of energy... Read More...

A small vacation
I am taking this week off from blogging. There's some things I need to attend to. But I'll be back in the beginning of next week at the latest with more articles and tips/tricks about Community Server. There is already one or two in the works that I think will be of interest. Read More... Read More...

Find that article more easily
Just powered up this blog with Live Search Box ! As you can see in the top right corner of this blog, there is a search box that looks a bit different than the standard search box for this blog skin. It's a custom Live Search Box that by default just searches through joeriksson.com with the help of the... Read More...

Make yourself heard
Listen to this article The other day, I added a new feature to my blog. Don't know if you noticed. Keyvan noticed, and wrote a post about the feature. The feature is a service from Talkr, that enables you to automatically get a mp3 file generated, where a synthetic voice reads the post. You'll also get... Read More...

Microsoft Zune Player
I thought I'd make use of one of the CSModules I've done again, to show a video I found at Soapbox. This is a small walkthrough of some of the features of the Zune player. I am an iPod (Nano) user today, and I really like the iPod. Works very well for me, and easy to use. But I can't deny that the Zune... Read More...

On the road again
Last week, has been crazy for me, with so many things I had to do, both in private and at work. Been traveling to customers, and are right now on a train heading for another customer, my iPod around my neck, listening to Ray Charles ( Genius Loves Company is the title of the album ). Right now Elton... Read More...

Add-ons vs add-ins, what's the difference?
I read the following from The Visual Basic Team's Blog today . The beta release of Visual Studio Tools for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (VSTO 2005 SE) was announced today. VSTO 2005 SE is a free add-on for Visual Studio (Professional or above) that enables you to create add-ins for the most popular... Read More...

Another loss in Vista Land
So this week there's only been one post from me. As I said on Monday, I've started to work on my regular job again after 4 weeks of vacation. I thought that I would be able to have a nice slow start the first week. But guess what, I could forget that! So together with a few things to do at work, combined... Read More...

Weekend and widgets
Last, I guess, couple of years, there's been a lot of sidebars popping up here and there. You know, like kind of dashboards with miscellaneous tools easy to reach. Vista will have it's built in sidebar, Google has it's sidebar , Rob talked about RocketDock the other day, and there's a lot of more of... Read More...

NewsGator Toolbar Beta
Just found out that NewsGator has a Toolbar in beta to download . Not another toolbar you might think. But for me it's great. I am running FeedDemon for all my RSS feeds, and I really like that app. But one thing that's bothered me a bit, is that I had no way to subscribe from IE to FeedDemon... Read More...

My new home
As you might have seen, today I moved my blog here to joeriksson.com. I have not yet redirected my old rss link here because I want all that reads the feed to get a chance to get my last message on my old blog. So I will redirect it tomorrow. But as I mentioned before, the best would be if you manually... Read More...
