In fact I am in London right now, came here last night. I probably (but you'll never know) won't have the time to write any CS article this week due to this. But it won't be a CS-less week for me. I am meeting up with a couple of CS MVP's that lives in UK for a bite and a drink. Right now it looks like it's going to be Gary McPherson , Nick (Aero Man) Brown , Rich Mercer and me. It'll be fun to meet in real life...(read more)

I'll be back!

It's been about 2 months now since I wrote any posts here. There are a number of reasons why I stopped writing.....for a while. I guess the main reason was, that I just had too much to do at work, combined with things I had to do outside of work. When Christmas vacation came I was just out of energy, and had to just do nothing for a while. There have been few things happening in the Community Server world the last 2 months. I am not sure I have managed to follow them all. I know Dave Burke was moved...(read more)

On the road again

Last week, has been crazy for me, with so many things I had to do, both in private and at work. Been traveling to customers, and are right now on a train heading for another customer, my iPod around my neck, listening to Ray Charles ( Genius Loves Company is the title of the album ). Right now Elton John and Ray in "Sorry seems to be...". Yes, they have Internet on the trains here, at least on the X2000 model which I am currently traveling on. I just login with the booking number on my ticket. The beta release of Visual Studio Tools for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (VSTO 2005 SE) was announced today. VSTO 2005 SE is a free add-on for Visual Studio (Professional or above) that enables you to create add-ins for the most popular Office 2007 and Office 2003 applications. You can get VSTO 2005 SE Beta here . This made me wonder, what is the difference between an add-on and an add-in ? If there even is a difference. I have...(read more)

Another loss in Vista Land

So this week there's only been one post from me. As I said on Monday, I've started to work on my regular job again after 4 weeks of vacation. I thought that I would be able to have a nice slow start the first week. But guess what, I could forget that! So together with a few things to do at work, combined with a little lack of ideas of what to post about (hopefully temporary), this has been a quiet week on my blog. I have a few ideas on what to post on, but they're all development stuff, so I need...(read more)

My blog space

It's saturday, a bit windy outside, and the first week of my vacation is almost to an end.
